Department/Position Description:
The Associate Technology & Experience team partners across HR, IT, and business functions to improve the associate experience through process improvement, technology solutions, data insights, and innovation initiatives. The team supports projects focused on employee experience, digital transformation, reporting, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. The intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of innovation and project initiatives that enhance the associate experience across ADUSA. They will participate in project planning, business process analysis, stakeholder meetings, data analysis, and solution development activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and exploring how technology and AI can be applied to drive business innovation and improve operational effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Interest in technology, innovation, process improvement, data analytics, or artificial intelligence Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
