Novodiax is an in vitro diagnostic company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our mission is to develop innovative tissue-based immunoassays, targeting unmet clinical and scientific needs. The Novodiax product lines include automated instrument and super fast immunohistochemistry reagents that can be utilized during surgeries or for on-site applications. We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy hybrid commercial professional who breaks the traditional "sales rep" mold. Positioned at the intersection of technical consulting, product support, digital marketing, and business development, this role is designed for a self-starter eager to drive commercial expansion across domestic and international markets. You will partner with our technical support team and leverage modern AI sales automation tools to demo, install, and close high-value clinical/diagnostic solutions. We believe deep technical domain knowledge is the foundation of modern sales success. Your journey begins with a comprehensive 1 to 2-month rotation within our R D and Manufacturing Departments at our Hayward headquarters for gaining hands-on mastery of our rapid assay technology platforms and automated instruments, as well as knowledges in manufacturing workflows, SOPs and quality assurance protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner closely with technical support team to conduct live product demonstrations, field evaluations, and on-site instrument installations. Manage complex customer technical inquiries, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle to close deals effectively. Deploy modern CRM and workflow tools to track deal stages. Drive corporate visibility across digital channels, social media (LinkedIn, industry forums), and new media formats to generate organic pull.

Job Position Qualifications:

Technical Background:

B.S. degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related Life Sciences discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Commercial Drive & Tech Fluency:

Strong interest or proven experience in technical sales, customer application support, or business development. Comfortable with digital tools, modern CRM platforms, and AI assisted sales workflows.

Digital & Media Savvy:

Experience leveraging digital media, social networks, and content marketing strategies for brand building and customer outreach.

Mobility:

Energetic, highly adaptable, and willing to travel up to 50% for customer site visits, instrument installs, and international industry expos.
