Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products, plans, and accessories that meet their needs Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest Upsell additional services and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves regularly to ensure an inviting shopping environment Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or setting appointments with potential customers Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and ensuring product availability for customers Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve a diverse customer base effectively Proven experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments enhances customer service delivery Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about technology, enjoy helping people connect through innovative solutions, and thrive in a lively team environment!
