Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up communications, and personalized solutions. Skills Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, outside sales, or medical/pharmaceutical product sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers effectively. Expertise in account management, territory management, and enterprise selling strategies. Technical sales experience related to scientific or medical equipment is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing client data and tracking sales activities. Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams or collaborate across departments effectively.
