Job Description
Drive business development and technical sales for industrial rail and utility equipment while supporting product demonstrations, quoting, and customer coverage. Job Requirements 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, field service engineering, or technical customer support within industrial, equipment, rail, or utility sectors. Mechanical and hydraulic aptitude. Experience or ability to support hands-on equipment demonstrations. Proficiency with CRM systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Google Workspace. Valid driver's license. Active passport. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Skills Experience with overhead catenary systems (OCS). Experience selling or supporting rail maintenance equipment. Experience selling or supporting utility equipment. Experience working with asset owners, contractors, or channel partners. Experience developing custom equipment quotes with engineering teams. Job Responsibilities Develop new business and grow the sales pipeline for OCS solutions, post pullers, baskets, and related industrial equipment. Support sales activities with OCS asset owners, contractors, and channel partners. Deliver technical product demonstrations. Perform hands-on field demonstrations of mechanical and hydraulic equipment. Attend industry trade shows and related sales events. Coordinate with engineering teams to develop custom customer solutions and quotations. Maintain sales opportunities and customer activity within CRM systems. Provide secondary inside sales coverage for utility equipment during peak demand periods or staffing gaps. Support technical customer inquiries related to product applications and equipment capabilities.
