Job Description
Key Responsibilities New Business Development:
Identify and cold-call/visit automotive detailing shops, 4S dealerships, and mobile accessory distributors to establish new partnerships.Brand Positioning:
Educate potential clients on the superior technical benefits of Proma's PPF (TPU-based, self-healing, anti-yellowing) and screen protectors.Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and product demonstration to closing deals and managing accounts.Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on competitor pricing, market trends, and customer needs to help shape our future product roadmap.Relationship Management:
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with business owners to ensure recurring orders and brand loyalty.Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket , Car Detailing , or Mobile Electronics industry is a major plus.Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Comfortable working with a new brand; you are a "hunter" who thrives on turning "No" into "Yes."Product Knowledge:
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical specifications (e.g., film thickness, material properties, installation techniques).Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be persuasive and professional.Mobility:

$35,000 - $55,000 per year.Uncapped Commission Structure:
