We are launching our brand-new line of high-performance Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Mobile Screen Protectors . We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to lead our market entry. As a founding member of our sales team, you will not just be selling products; you will be building the foundation of our brand presence in the automotive aftermarket and consumer electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development:
Identify and cold-call/visit automotive detailing shops, 4S dealerships, and mobile accessory distributors to establish new partnerships.
Brand Positioning:
Educate potential clients on the superior technical benefits of Proma's PPF (TPU-based, self-healing, anti-yellowing) and screen protectors.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and product demonstration to closing deals and managing accounts.
Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on competitor pricing, market trends, and customer needs to help shape our future product roadmap.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with business owners to ensure recurring orders and brand loyalty.
Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket , Car Detailing , or Mobile Electronics industry is a major plus.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Comfortable working with a new brand; you are a "hunter" who thrives on turning "No" into "Yes."
Product Knowledge:
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical specifications (e.g., film thickness, material properties, installation techniques).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be persuasive and professional.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to visit clients. Skills & Competencies Account Acquisition & Retention Negotiation & Closing Techniques Lead Generation (Cold Calling/In-person Visits)
Product Demonstration CRM Management What We Offer Competitive Base Salary:
$35,000 - $55,000 per year.
