The Technical Production Associate is responsible for supporting production operations through the setup and operation of stamping and forming equipment, as well as assisting with troubleshooting, process improvements, and quality assurance. This role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure efficient and consistent production output. This is a first shift position: Mon.- Fri., 7 am - 3 pm Full and part time positions are available. Positive Attitudes and Helpful Team Members Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate and monitor production equipment to fabricate, form or stamp small parts using knowledge of machine adjustment and measurements to ensure proper function and quality output. On-site training provided.
  • Perform changeovers, and adjustments per work instructions or engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders to verify product requirements.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and report any deviations or nonconformances to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records in accordance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Manual dexterity to handle and assemble small parts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
