Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of wireless devices and plans Assist customers with selecting the right products, upselling additional services or accessories to maximize value Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Educate customers on phone etiquette, plan options, and device features to enhance their understanding and satisfaction Perform retail math calculations for sales transactions, discounts, and inventory management Support store operations through inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers, including bilingual interactions if applicable Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math skills Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging demos and explanations Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to connect with customers effectively Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele Experience in merchandising, stocking, and cash handling within a retail environment such as grocery stores or electronics stores is beneficial Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to upselling and customer engagement Join us in delivering outstanding wireless solutions while building your career in a vibrant retail setting!
