Job Description

No experience required. Here's the catch: you have to be genuinely good on the phone. I'm a luxury real estate specialist in Scottsdale. I'm hiring one person, part-time, to call attorneys, financial advisors, and business owners and set up short coffee meetings for me. That's the job. You don't need a real estate license. No high pressure sales, just selling a coffee meeting with someone who wants to share referrals. I have clients who need good professionals, they have clients who need to sell a home. This one pays more because the people you're calling are sharp and busy, and getting a yes from them takes real skill. If you have that skill, you might have just found the right job. What you'd actually do all morning Call people from two lists I give you and book the meetings Confirm every appointment on the day Put together a short read on each person before I meet them Send a thank-you note afterward Tell me at the end of the morning what moved What I need from you You're good on the phone and you know it You can get a yes for a specific time and make it stick Rudeness rolls off you You follow through on small things without being asked You can get to our office each morning reliably Not a fit if you need full time or benefits, or the phone makes you anxious.
