Looking for talented and highly motivated Call Center Agents to join our Sales Team at our Call Center in Van Nuys 91406. As a Solar Call Center Agent you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients and customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients, set up appointments, and follow up with clients to ensure appointment confirmations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and the target language, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or appointment setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and customers in Spanish Identify potential clients and set up appointments for our sales team Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and schedule future appointments as needed Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions

Qualifications:
