No insurance experience is required. We are more interested in finding someone who is hungry to succeed, comfortable talking with people and willing to consistently put in the work. What You'll Do Call Colorado businesses and introduce Rubix Insurance Solutions Speak with business owners and insurance decision-makers Ask basic questions about their current insurance and renewal dates Schedule appointments for our licensed insurance producers Follow up with prospects by telephone and email Confirm scheduled appointments Research local businesses and develop prospect lists Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates in our system Reconnect with previous prospects and unfinished opportunities What We're Looking For Motivated and ready to work Confident speaking on the telephone Able to remain positive when people say no Dependable and punctual Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Organized with basic computer skills Interested in developing sales and business-development experience Previous experience is helpful but not required This is a good opportunity for someone beginning their career, returning to the workforce or looking for an opportunity to prove themselves. We provide training, calling scripts, prospect lists and ongoing coaching. There is room to take on additional responsibilities and advance into business development, insurance sales or another position within the agency based on performance.
