In this position, you will be calling customers who previously signed up for SiriusXM radio in their vehicles, whose free trial has recently expired. Your goal will be to offer them a special promotional rate to continue their service. This is a call center sales role, and we are looking for candidates with experience in sales who can confidently communicate the value of this service and handle rebuttals via outbound calls.

Nesting Pay :

$16/hr. PLUS Commission (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is preferred. Proficiency in sales is a plus. Must be bilingual ( english and spanish) Strong communication & grammar skills. Ability to engage customers through outbound calling with a focus on sales. Familiarity with technology sales and market trends is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. Must be able to work in-office at our Sanford, FL call center Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through Working knowledge of Windows-based software Flexibility and adaptability in a growing company 100% attendance is required during the first 2 weeks of employment Background check will be required for all applicants
