What we are looking for:

EcoView Windows & Doors of Tampa Bay is growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy Client Relations & Acquisitions Representative to join our team. This is NOT your typical customer service job. You will be responsible forhandling inbound leads, making outbound calls, and setting qualified in-home appointments for our sales team. Your role directly impacts how many deals we close. If you're someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, and motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company. Your responsibilities : Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with prompt, friendly, and professional service Schedule fully qualified in-home estimate appointments Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, missed calls, and customer requests Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system Deliver excellent phone etiquette and communication to ensure a positive customer experience

Helpful Skills:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.
