Responsibilities:

Engage and communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients to understand their needs and present solutions Generate new leads and grow a personal book of business through prospecting and referrals Conduct sales consultations, product presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using CRM tools Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics Provide exceptional bilingual customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching new markets

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required Prior experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software Active state sales or insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Must be located in or able to commute to
