Job Description
Description We're building a new outbound tele sales team to grow product sales through proactive customer outreach. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable on the phone, motivated by results, and wants to earn based on performance. What you'll do: Make outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers Identify needs and recommend the right products Track outreach and outcomes in our CRM Hit weekly outreach and sales targets Requirements What we're looking for: Strong communication skills and a friendly, persistent phone presence Comfort with rejection and a drive to hit goals Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience a plus (not required) Reliable access to a computer/phone and quiet workspace if remote
