As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping shape their overall customer experience. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers who have expressed interest in window and door replacement, and schedule in-home consultations— no cold calling . What You'll Do Customer Interaction Speak with homeowners who have requested information about window and door replacement—no cold outreach. Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that sets the tone for the customer journey. Appointment Setting Schedule no-obligation in-home consultations for our Project Consultants, who will assess needs, measure, and provide quotes. Data Entry Accurately enter customer information and project details into company systems while maintaining an engaging conversation. Sales Responsibilities Represent our products and services, highlight key benefits, generate interest, and confidently overcome objections to secure appointments.
