This role is responsible for responding to prospective tenants, scheduling showings, maintaining consistent follow-up, and helping convert incoming leads into completed rental applications and signed leases. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, works with urgency, and understands that every inquiry is a potential rental opportunity. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to incoming calls, messages, and rental inquiries Communicate fluently with prospective tenants in both English and Spanish Convert prospective tenants into scheduled property showings Follow up on missed calls and unanswered inquiries Re-engage prospects who have not scheduled a showing Follow up with prospects after showings Guide qualified applicants through the rental application process Continue following up until each lead is scheduled, rented, or properly closed Offer alternative available units when a prospect's first choice is not a fit Clearly explain unit features, upgrades, pricing, and availability Identify appropriate opportunities to recommend premium or higher-value units Follow all company pricing guidelines and leasing policies Accurately record leads, response times, follow-up attempts, appointments, applications, and outcomes Keep lead statuses current and organized Work closely with the leasing and property management teams to reduce vacancy time Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with prospective tenants by phone, text, and email Persistent and consistent with follow-up Organized and able to manage a high volume of leads Able to respond quickly and schedule appointments efficiently Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward performance targets Detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping skills Comfortable using lead-management, CRM, or property-management software Professional, dependable, and able to work independently Previous leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred Performance Expectations Success in this position will be measured by: Lead-to-showing conversion rate Showing-to-application conversion rate Application-to-lease conversion rate Response time Time between initial contact and scheduled showing Follow-up consistency Accuracy of lead documentation
