This is a 100% inbound role focused on retention and member service — not cold calling or heavy outbound sales. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps members understand their options, resolve issues, and stay covered. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from current and prospective ACA health plan members Help members understand their coverage, answer plan questions, and resolve service issues Support plan retention by addressing member concerns and identifying the right coverage options Assist with inbound sales inquiries as members call in with questions about enrolling or adjusting coverage Document interactions accurately and follow up as needed Meet quality, adherence, and attendance standards that directly translate into performance incentives What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a genuine, service-first attitude Comfort with inbound call center work — no outbound cold calling experience required

Reliability:
