As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for potential residents and their families outside of business hours. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inquiries, assist with booking tours at our communities, and provide essential information to help families make informed decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding our senior living communities in a compassionate and professional manner. Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents and their families to ensure a seamless experience. Provide detailed information about our services, amenities, and available accommodations. Follow up on inquiries and leads to encourage tours and build relationships with potential clients. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handoff of leads during business hours. Assist in resolving any concerns or questions potential residents may have. Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor that represents our values and mission.Requirements:
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.Experience, Competencies, and Skills:
Must have previous experience in sales or customer service in Senior Living. Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly phone presence. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a headset and computer throughout the shift
