$20.00 - $24.00/hour based on experience Overview We are seeking motivated and energetic Telesales Representatives to join a growing team supporting nationwide marketing and advertising initiatives. This is a high-volume outbound calling position where you will build relationships with business owners and managers, present advertising partnership opportunities, and secure participation agreements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a goal-oriented setting. Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses across the United States Introduce and explain advertising partnership opportunities Build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers Handle objections professionally and confidently Secure participation agreements and document outcomes Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems Follow up with existing partners and prospective businesses Meet daily and weekly performance goals Required Qualifications Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, call center, customer service, collections, or inside sales Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers over the phone Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards Preferred Qualifications Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform Recent high-volume outbound sales or call center experience Proven success meeting or exceeding call and performance metrics Compensation $20/hour: Less than 6 months of relevant experience $21-$22/hour: 1-2 years of relevant experience $23-$24/hour: 2+ years of recent outbound calling, telesales, collections, or high-volume call center experience Training & Development Structured onboarding and call shadowing Hands-on training prior to handling calls independently Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team leads Regular feedback and professional development opportunities Clear path toward long-term career growth Work Environment Collaborative and supportive office setting Fully onsite during training and onboarding Hybrid schedule available after approximately 4-6 weeks based on performance and attendance Eligible employees may work remotely two days per week Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
