The entry-level Frontier Representative will also create sales opportunities and build experience in sales and account management. As an entry-level Frontier Representative, you'll represent the strength of two industry leaders coming together, combining their fiber and mobile expertise to deliver more value to customers. Introduce our customers personally to the new Frontier and Verizon chapter through clear, welcoming customer conversations Explain the everyday value of the combined company in terms of greater choice, dependable home connectivity, and entertainment Learn what customers value most in person and identify opportunities for new customer acquisition and sales growth Present the Frontier-Verizon expansion as a meaningful step forward for households without using complicated terms Turn customer interest into sales opportunities through relevant recommendations and confident communication Support new account development by helping interested customers understand available choices and next steps Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English to ensure clear understanding across our diverse customer base Preferred Skills of the
