$1,500 - $2,500 weekly (base pay + uncapped commission, based on performance and activity) Job Description This is a high-volume outbound dialing role within a fast-paced life insurance agency. You'll be contacting individuals who have recently requested information about life insurance and asked to be reached out to. Using a proven script, your role is to connect with these prospects, understand their needs, and help guide them through their options. This is not cold calling, every lead has expressed interest and is expecting a conversation. If you're comfortable on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role offers strong earning potential and a consistent schedule. Responsibilities Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer Follow a clear, proven call script Contact potential clients using leads provided by agency Document call outcomes and notes in CRM Meet daily and weekly activity and performance goals Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus commission Uncapped commission potential Paid training provided Professional development opportunities Referral program Qualifications Customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.Work Location Job Type:
