Full Job Description Basic Job Description:

Compensation:

Starting pay of $16-$18 per hour during first week training. Additional performance-based bonus and commission opportunity after initial introductory period. Weekly pay.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM No nights. No weekends. Office closed for major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Consistent full-time weekday schedule

What You'll Do:

Automatically connected calls from high-intent prospects who have already been screened and expressed interest before being connected with you. There is no cold calling on the sales floor. You will be maintaining focus on closing, not prospecting.

This allows you to:

Completely focus on overcoming objections. Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.

Dependable, punctual, adapatable, coachable, and willing personalities. Previous experience helpful but not required

First-Week Training Pay:

$16-$18 per hour for the initial one-week phone screening. This is strictly for the training period only.

Post-Training Compensation:

During your first week, you'll complete paid training and phone screening. Advancement to the sales floor is based on attendance, coachability, communication skills, and overall training performance. Candidates who meet the required standards will transition into the commission-based sales role. Completion of the pre-screening questions is an important part of our application process.
