About Us:
Hampton Roads Water Services is a locally owned RainSoft water filtration dealer serving the Hampton Roads area. We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators. You'll work inside Home Depot stores, engaging with customers and inviting them to complete a brief Water Awareness Survey

Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers inside the store Start conversations about water quality and invite participation in a brief survey Collect basic customer information for follow-up Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner ⸻
Qualifications:
Outgoing and positive attitude Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers Strong communication skills Reliable and self-motivated Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus
