50 to $21 an hour plus 3% of every job that sells. Columbia Windows is hiring three appointment setters for our Vancouver, WA office. Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm. You will book in-home estimates for our window and door consultants across Portland and Vancouver. What you will do

• Call homeowners across Clark County and the Portland metro and book in-home estimates
• Work from [confirm: lists we load into the dialer, and a script we provide]
• Log every call and appointment in our own system
• Get the details right so the rep walks into a real appointment
• Circle back on the people who said not right now What you need
• Comfortable on the phone and able to keep dialing after a no
• Reliable attendance, Monday to Friday
• Basic computer skills
• 18 or older and legally able to work in the US Helpful but not required: call center, retail or customer service experience, and Spanish. What you get
• $18.50 to $21 an hour depending on experience
• 3% of every job that sells off an appointment you set. Our best setter is getting paid just over $2,000 in commission on top of the hourly
• A bonus any week you hit 5 confirmed appointments
• Paid every two weeks
• Full time, Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm. No nights, no weekends
• An indoor desk in our own office, not a home setup and not a field job
• We train you on the phones and on our system, on the clock.

No window experience needed About us Columbia Windows is a windows and doors company based in Vancouver, WA, working with homeowners across Clark County and the Portland metro. The appointments you set go straight to our own sales team, not to an outside client. The phone room is in our office off NE 3rd Ct.
