Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound cold and warm calling to promote our services. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales. Collaborate with the collection team to align sales strategies and support business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. Stay current on technology and industry trends to better identify and address client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience Required:

2 years in telemarketing / outbound sales.

Core Skills:

Working knowledge of business fundamentals, core principles, and business credit concepts.

Communication:

Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Track Record:

Proven customer service experience in a sales-driven environment; demonstrated success in B2B/telemarketing sales and negotiation.

Technique:

Experience with outbound calling, business development, marketing strategies, and warm-calling techniques.

Mindset:
