Operating on a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, you will engage with prospective clients, promote our services, and help expand our ever-growing client base. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound cold and warm calling to promote our services. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales. Collaborate with the team, contributing to group success while achieving individual performance goals. Support and encourage fellow team members to help the entire sales force succeed. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. Stay current on technology and industry trends to better identify and address client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Telemarketing /
Sales:
2 years (Required) Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of business fundamentals, core business principles, and business credit concepts. Proven customer service and sales negotiation experience, particularly in B2B environments. Familiarity with marketing strategies and warm-calling techniques. $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
