Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications while maintaining quality standards Greet guests warmly, listen carefully to their preferences, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including food prep areas and dining spaces Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies promptly to keep the station well-equipped during busy hours Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, including cleaning, inventory checks, and setup procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times and deliver exceptional service consistently Experience Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills with a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous but training will be provided Join us as a Sandwich Artist where your energy fuels our success!
