Partner with leaders across the business , becoming the go‑to expert who translates operational needs into scalable SAP capabilities. Guide and challenge System Integrators , ensuring quality, accountability, and momentum. Champion standardization , eliminating complexity and driving SAP best practices across the enterprise. Lead UAT, training, and readiness efforts , ensuring teams are confident and prepared for go‑live. Track KPIs and system performance , driving continuous improvement long after deployment. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA a plus). 7+ years of SAP S/4HANAfunctional delivery experience , with 5+ years leading teams or cross‑functional initiatives . Proven success implementing or optimizing

Cloud in manufacturing or supply‑chain‑heavy environments. Deep functional expertise across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management . Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, testing cycles, and cloud architecture . A leadership style that blends influence, clarity, and hands‑on execution . SAP certifications (Activate, Cloud ALM, CoE) preferred. Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
