Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract role supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, working with kindergarten and first-grade students in a vibrant Early Learning Center setting. This opportunity runs full time, Monday through Friday, from August 24, 2026, to June 17, 2027, allowing you to make a true impact at the cornerstone of a child's educational journey. The caseload is focused on two close-knit buildings, minimizing transition and maximizing collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire is required Previous experience in a school-based setting is essential Familiarity with early childhood populations (Kindergarten-1st grade) highly desirable Must obtain district fingerprint clearance prior to start Comfortable working onsite across two neighboring buildings Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy and support services to students in alignment with IEP goals, under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist in implementing speech and language interventions for early learners Maintain accurate records and progress notes on student development Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff Participate in meetings and trainings as required by school administration Adapt activities and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
