Job Description

Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract Inspire young minds and foster a love of discovery in a high school physical science classroom. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for enthusiastic educators with expertise in science who are ready to make a meaningful difference. You'll guide students through core physical science concepts, encouraging curiosity and engagement in a supportive, dynamic learning environment. This position offers a balanced schedule, with a total of 35 hours per week, working with general education high school students. Share your passion for science, collaborate with dedicated faculty, and create an inclusive space where learners feel empowered and excited to explore the subject matter.
Qualifications:
Valid endorsement in Physical Science (grades 9-12) Previous experience teaching general education science at the high school level strongly preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Creative lesson planning and a commitment to engaging diverse learners Ability to collaborate with colleagues and support a positive school community Passion for encouraging scientific curiosity and academic achievement
Key Responsibilities:
