Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Washington Occupational Therapist license ESA Certification required Experience in school-based OT, teletherapy, home health, or other healthcare settings valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt services for students with diverse needs across all grade levels Organized, proactive, and compassionate approach to student care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to assist students in maximizing their participation and success at school Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and support student-centered strategies Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required Engage in meetings, professional development, and teletherapy sessions as needed Adapt to in-person and remote therapy models to meet students where they are As you inspire students to reach their potential, this role empowers you to grow professionally in a supportive school environment.
