Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students within a cohesive, small-district setting. Located near Williams Bay, WI, this assignment offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options (3-5 days per week, 25-30 hours) starting August 24, 2026. As part of a unique educational environment serving all grades on one campus, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting a diverse student population of approximately 30 students.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid DPI (Department of Public Instruction) licensure for occupational therapy is required Experience providing OT services in schools or with pediatric populations Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy interventions Comfort in consulting with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes Strong documentation and organizational skills Flexibility to work onsite, with openness to hybrid arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services including assessments, consultations, and direct interventions to students in grades K-12 Provide input to team meetings and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers to maximize student support Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered Support a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students across all grade levels on one campus This position emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and the opportunity to support students across a wide age range in a close-knit school community.
