Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting contract opportunity is open for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide services across multiple school settings near Pattison, TX. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek with a total of 30 hours per week, supporting students of varying ages and needs.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working within school-based settings is strongly desired Understanding of student-centered intervention plans Ability to collaborate with educational and support staff Exceptional communication and organizational skills Passion for empowering students to achieve developmental milestones
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs Assess student abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to promote successful participation in school activities Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress notes Travel between multiple schools within the assigned region during the workweek Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications as needed Enjoy a professional environment working a manageable four-day schedule, allowing for work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
