Qualifications & Experience:

Hold an active UT Professional License as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based occupational therapy is desirable Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families Ability to assess and address a range of fine motor, sensory, and functional needs among students

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse student population within the school setting Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's abilities and needs Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote students' educational access and success Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications to enhance learning environments Benefits of this
