Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type All Job Types Make a positive impact supporting students as a full-time Occupational Therapist in an engaging educational setting. Work with a caseload of 55-60 students from both elementary and secondary schools, helping develop crucial skills for academic and everyday success. The school year begins August 20 and ends June 4, offering the satisfaction of working with young learners across a full academic cycle. School hours vary by grade level—most elementary days run 8:30am-3:15pm, while secondary schedules are 7:30am-2:15pm.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and credentials Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings highly valued Ability to tailor interventions for both elementary and secondary student populations Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Commitment to supporting diverse learning and physical needs Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 55-60 students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' IEP goals Deliver direct OT services in various formats including in-person and, if needed, teletherapy Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports as required Communicate regularly with educators and parents to support student growth and participation
