Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic school environment supporting students of all ages. Specialized SLPs are needed to provide high-quality speech therapy services across elementary and secondary school settings. With a manageable caseload of 55-60, you'll play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full academic potential. This position welcomes professionals of diverse backgrounds, including those holding the CCC, SLPs with pediatric or healthcare experience, and clinical fellows (CFY). Both onsite and teletherapy models are available, allowing for a modern and flexible work experience.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), SLP-CFY, or pending certification Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience in school settings preferred; pediatric and healthcare backgrounds also ideal Proficient in delivering speech therapy services to children and adolescents Teletherapy experience highly valued, though support will be provided
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy services for K-12 students Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress Keep accurate records and complete all required documentation in compliance with district policies Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student programs Adapt to varying school schedules—elementary (8:30-3:15) or secondary (7:30-2:15) This opportunity offers the chance to work full-time in a supportive educational environment where you can positively impact students' lives.
