Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina Previous experience in school-based therapy or with pediatric populations Strong understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, and related documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Enthusiastic about serving diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with varying needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers and support staff Maintain timely and accurate treatment records, progress reports, and documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and family consultations Consult with classroom staff to support inclusion and implementation of PT recommendations Provide training and strategies to educational personnel as needed Contribute to a positive, student-focused environment over successive contract periods, including the upcoming 26/27 school year
