Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on students' lives in the Newark, OH area as a full-time School Psychologist supporting K-12 learners. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals enthusiastic about traveling and passionate about advancing student well-being and academic achievement. You'll build strong relationships with students and staff across multiple schools as an itinerant psychologist. Day-to-day, you will utilize your expertise to conduct thorough evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and offer invaluable consultation as part of a collaborative educational team. Your insight and support will help shape individualized plans that allow all students to reach their fullest potential.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist certification (must be current and in hand) Experience working with K-12 students in diverse settings Strong ability to conduct and interpret comprehensive evaluations Proficiency attending and contributing to IEP meetings Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with educators, therapists, and families Commitment to supporting the unique needs of each learner In this rewarding position, you'll not only benefit from the professional satisfaction of helping students succeed but will also enjoy fair compensation ranging from $45/hr to $53/hr.
