Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Oro Grande, CA. This role focuses on supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being in a school setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services to students Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes Participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings as appropriate Connect students and families with community resources and services Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts on campus

Qualifications:

Active California LCSW license required School-based experience preferred PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential strongly preferred Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Posting:

School Social Worker (LCSW) Compensation for this position ranges from $38.96 to $58.96. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
