Key Qualifications:

Active SLP Licensure and current CO Department of Education Certification required SLP-CCC preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates considered Knowledge of IEP processes and experience with assessments and ongoing service delivery Strong preference for training or endorsement in ELL, ESL, or Linguistically Diverse Education Solid communication skills and willingness to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team Interest in supporting and providing guidance to SLPAs a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy for intensive pre-school classroom students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement Supervise and mentor SLPAs as needed Maintain organized documentation and participate in all relevant meetings Perks include the stability of a full-time, school-based schedule with time to build enriching relationships.
