Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Little Falls, MN, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This in-person, contract position offers the chance to work directly within a school setting, providing essential speech and language support to a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate records of student performance and sessions. Participate in meetings such as IEP conferences to advocate for student needs. Stay current with best practices and evidence-based strategies related to speech-language pathology in educational settings.Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment. Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educators.
