Premises Liability Senior Associate | Hybrid, Southern California | $135,000 to $185,000 plus bonus A trampoline park's incident report is usually two lines long, written by a 19 year old on their break, and by the time the file reaches you it's the most important bit of paper in the case. That's premises defense at the senior end. Restaurants, shops, gyms, theaters and attractions, all the places people go to have a nice time and occasionally don't. You'd be the senior associate on the team, working next to lead lawyers who try cases, and associates here get to mediate, arbitrate and try them too. It's hybrid, with part of the week at home, and you'd work out of whichever of their Southern California offices is the least painful drive. It pays $135,000 to $185,000 with a bonus on top, and the health cover, disability, life and 401k are all there.
