An exciting opportunity awaits you with Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc. a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a full-time Embryologist. What You'll Do RPMG is seeking a full-time, experienced Embryologist who will be responsible for performing IVF laboratory procedures to produce consistent pregnancy rates and deliver exceptional patient care. You will be part of a dedicated team working under Laboratory Director to provide exceptional clinical outcomes. This position includes rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining daily laboratory quality control. Identifies, assess, and culture of oocytes. Performing in vitro fertilization. Embryo culture and assessments. Selection and preparation of embryos for transfer. Micromanipulation techniques including ICSI, and trophoblast biopsy. Embryo and oocyte vitrification, storage, and warming, Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies. Perform other related duties as needed.
Who You Are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry or other related field. Previous work experience (minimum 2-3 years) in an IVF laboratory. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to communicate accurately and concisely. Excellent interpersonal skills. Computer skills required. Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship. Ivy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
