Job Description

Research scientist- Cell Biology & Genomics Research Scientist -
Cell Biology & Genomics Location:
Ridgefield, CT. We are looking for a hands-on Research Scientist to support discovery programs focused on Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic (CVRM) diseases .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays Execute NGS workflows , including bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and snRNA-seq Support tissue/cell/nuclei dissociation and library preparation Operate and troubleshoot laboratory automation platforms Perform molecular biology techniques including PCR, q
PCR, DNA/RNA
extraction, and Western blotting Maintain accurate sample tracking and experimental documentation Collaborate across cell biology, genomics, automation, and bioinformatics
Ideal Background:
✔ Strong mammalian cell culture experience ✔ Hands-on NGS experience ✔ Exposure to laboratory automation/high-throughput workflows ✔ Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills ⭐ iPSC, kidney organoid, or sequencing instrument experience is a plus
Education:
BS + 7 years, MS + 3 years, or equivalent experience. Interested? DM me for more details!
