Seeking a Bench Scientist II to support discovery research activities, primarily focused on cell culture, molecular biology, and immunology-related laboratory work. This is a hands-on laboratory position supporting ongoing research programs. Location- Cambridge, MA (Kendall Square)
- 100% Onsite Duration
- Initial contract: 12 months
- Strong likelihood of extension for an additional year (up to 24 months total) Required Qualifications Candidates should have experience in a laboratory setting with:
- Cell culture
- Molecular biology techniques
- Immunology-related research
- Antibody-related assays/testing
- General laboratory experimentation Animal Work Candidates do not need prior animal handling experience but must be:
- Comfortable working with laboratory animals (primarily mice)
- Comfortable with tissue collection/dissection
- Open to learning animal handling procedures Training will be provided for:
- Tissue isolation/dissection
- Animal handling
- Mouse dosing procedures (IP injections) Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Flow Cytometry
- ELISA experience
- Tissue processing experience
- Animal dosing experience
- Antibody characterization/testing Experience Requirements
- Academic research experience is acceptable
- Industry experience is not mandatory

- Antibody Research Group is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist (contingent worker) to support antibody discovery projects focused on B cell-based workflows.
Responsibilities:
Provide laboratory support for therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns using flow cytometry, immune library generation, and hybridoma-based methods. Execute established workflows to support rodent immunization studies, serum titer screening, B cell sorting, molecular cloning, and related sample processing activities. Maintain reagent inventories, prepare laboratory materials, and ensure operational readiness for discovery activities. Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory records and internal data systems. Summarize data and communicate key findings, experimental progress, and campaign outcomes to project teams.Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with flow cytometry-based analysis or cell sorting. Experience with laboratory automation or high-throughput workflows. Experience working with rodents, particularly mice, in a research setting. Experience working with hybridoma generation, culture, or screening workflows.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline, with at least 2 years of full-time laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting.EEO:
