Worcester, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $45.00 - 50.76 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute scientific research to improve platform bioprocesses, workflows, and cell culture methods.

Support cell culture process development, scale-up/scale-down, and recombinant protein production.

Operate benchtop bioreactor systems maintaining strict aseptic techniques.

Utilize ATF/TTF perfusion technologies to enable intensified cell culture processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development, Cell Line Development, and Quality teams.

Author and review technical reports, protocols, and scientific presentations.

qualifications:

Required:

M.S. in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or Life Sciences with 2+ years of biotech experience; OR B.S. with 5+ years of biotech experience.

Solid understanding of cell culture processes and protein characterization.

Proven hands-on experience with aseptic technique in benchtop bioreactors.

Demonstrated experience with ATF/TTF perfusion for intensified cell culture processes.

Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

Experience operating automated cell culture systems, such as the Ambr250. #LI-AN skills: Cell Cultures, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
