As an Oligo Biology Associate/Senior associate Scientist , you will be working alongside a small team of highly motivated scientists. Responsible for oligonucleotide assay development and screening, you will help influence the advancements of science, your career, and a growing biotechnology start-up. Responsibilities Develop and execute in vitro cell-based assay for RNA therapeutics screening of potency, off-target, cytotoxicity, etc. to support customers' discovery programs Maintain iPSC culture and establish protocol for neuron differentiation & characterization Support internal instrument validation, assay development and optimization and SOPs establishment Optimize and streamline in-house screening process with automation/liquid handler and data management process Analyze assay datasets and report data in a timely manner Support Biology lab reagent stock, equipment maintenance and consumables management Qualifications
