Knowledge on functional genomics, methylome, transcriptome, and metabolome analyses Mentoring graduate students on related projects Preferred Qualifications Deep learning applications in aging and environmental health using multi-omics and systems approaches. Functional genomics, methylome, transcriptome, and metabolome analysis of complex aging related pathophysiology and disease progression. Perform molecular biology techniques and/or programming languages (Python, R, Bash/shell), bioinformatics tools, statistics & machine learning. Highly motivated, self-starting, with strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, molecular biology, environmental health, mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics, or related fields. Proven track record with first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals. Ability to manage independent projects and mentor students.
