In this role, you will lead innovative projects focused on advancing our understanding of cellular and molecular mechanisms, utilizing cutting-edge techniques in molecular biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology. Your expertise will drive the development of novel products, contribute to scientific publications, and support the translation of research findings into practical applications. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to scientific excellence and innovation. Duties Design, optimize, and perform molecular biology techniques including
PCR, DNA
isolation, transfection, and Western blot analysis Cultivate mammalian and other cell lines using sterile laboratory techniques, including tissue culture and cell culture maintenance Develop and validate immunoassays such as ELISA and other immunological laboratory techniques for biomarker detection Conduct flow cytometry and cytometry experiments to analyze cell populations and functional responses Analyze complex datasets using bioinformatics tools Maintain records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on assay development projects and contribute to scientific publications Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology or related field; PhD preferred Proven laboratory experience in cell & molecular biology research within a scientific or research setting Extensive knowledge of molecular biology techniques including PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, transfection, and immunoassays Hands-on experience with tissue culture, mammalian cell culture, sterile laboratory techniques, and assay development Proficiency in bioinformatics tools Strong record keeping skills with attention to detail; ability to document experiments accurately for regulatory compliance Excellent communication skills for collaboration and publication purposes Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a research environment
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
