4+ Months Accountabilities and requirements:
  • Daily activities within structured work environment/supervision.
  • Executes technical tasks under minimal supervision.
Example technical tasks are:
Buffer/reagent/test solutions preparation, membrane mix preparation, membrane casting, post-processing, and sample characterization using a wide variety of analytical equipment.
  • Actively supporting pilot/ prototyping and scale up runs.
  • Work in close collaboration with team members and cross functional departments.
  • Clearly communicates project/task progress and results, both orally and in writing, including organizing data, performing data analysis, summarize into reports etc.
  • Assists R D management and technical staff in planning and tracking task progress.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation regarding lab notebook, labels, and inventory.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with GMP requirements and established safety procedures.
  • Utilize quality concepts and tools in the performance of daily activities.
  • Lift/move frequently 10lbs, sometime 25 lbs and occasionally 40 lbs.
  • Follows written policies and procedures.
  • Work safely and to comply with the company's health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Lead lab maintenance to ensure a clean and safe work area.
  • Must have knowledge in general laboratory techniques such as filtration, glassware washing, micro-pipetting, pipetting, reagent preparation and weighing.
  • Experience with handling chemicals.
  • No chemical allergies or sensitivities.

Skills:
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Knowledge of lab equipment and procedures.
  • Competent data analysis
  • Ability to operate equipment safely
  • Work effectively with team members Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer or materials science & engineering, biology or other related disciplines
  • 0-1 years relevant professional experience.
